Dream Series

Aaron Johnson, a student at the Kansas State School for the Blind, held a solo exhibition in the new Art Gallery space on campus, March 31, 2011.

I started having dreams that take place in a Magical Royal Kingdom after I lost my sight. I make art inspired from those dreams into sculpture and drawings. I make art so that people who can see will experience what I imagine in my dreams. In this way, they will get to see something that has never been seen before.
